- At Keen Kaleidoscope, we're committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to most US addresses. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in original condition with all tags attached.
- To start a return, contact our customer service team for a prepaid return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
